or what, made that sound? She looked around, relying on her instincts as a Watcher. She could tell it wasn't friendly, but other than that it was a bit hard to pinpoint. Definitly not too much trouble, she decided. She looked in her sack; her father always packed a weapon in her sack. Oh-no, this might be harder than she thought, all her father sent with her, was a sword.
Now, I'm sure you're all saying, 'Wait, a sword was the only answer she got. She realized, immediatly, that there were plenty more than one. She also realized that they were quite fluent with medieval weaponry; it just sort of went with the voice. Nobody laughed that way when they aren't sure of themselves, and sajja would only send the best possible weaponry (of whatever world she went to) with her. That meant that they were better at this than she was, and they had her outnumbered... Drat. How did she get into these situations, again? Oh, right, her fathers the keeper."Come on," she said, forcing herself to look intimidating. "I wouldn't keep me waiting if I were you."Out of the bushes, stepped the ugliest thing Mythri had ever seen. It had beady, little eyes; greyish skin; a nose, that looked like it had been run through a blender; a few disgusting strands is a great weapon!' but that is because you haven't tried to swing one around. They're big and heavy, and you really should get some practice first.
"You might as well come on out," she said, drawing the accursed blade. "I know you're in there."
Some sort of cackling laughterof hair, sticking out from its helmet; and don't even get started on its mouth. It was shorter than her, about four and a half feet, she guessed, bowlegged, slimy, smelly, and

"So how did you know who I was, and where you were, if this place isn’t supposed to exist?"
I sighed; this was the really difficult part. "In our world, Middle-Earth is a fictional place created by a man named J.R.R. Tolkien as a bedtime story for his children. But it became much more. His stories were so popular, people wanted more. So he began to outline the history of Arda. All the major happenings in Middle-Earth from its creation by Eru through the Fourth Age are available to read or study for anyone who wants to do so."
The silence was almost deafening. You could moments, when you want to ask, "So now what?" except you don’t because you’re afraid of the answer, or lack thereof.A few more tense moments passed before Glorfindel spoke in a quiet voice, "I can see now why you were reluctant to speak of it before. Possession of such knowledge is very dangerous. I admit I have a hard time believing what you have just said, yet I can tell you are not lying. There is much I would like to ask you, but this is neither the time nor place for such questions," at this he shot his companions a meaningful glance. "We will discuss this more once we reach Imladris and Lord Elrond has heard your tale. Now we must finish setting up camp and eat. Then we will rest." He turned to his men, who were staring at us with various expressions of confusion and disbelief on their faces, and gave a few short orders to finish organizing the camp and fixing dinner. Not twenty minutes had gone by before dinner was ready, which consisted literally hear crickets chirping (we are still in the woods). It was actually quite comical. I had just managed to stun an entire group of elven warriors into silence. And from the looks of it, I had a feeling that didn’t happen often.
"So you know the future of Middle-Earth and its people?" asked Glorfindel, when he had recovered enough to speak.
"More or less," I said with a shrug.
I didn’t know what else to say. I looked at Almira. She looked about as helpless as I felt. It was one of those horribly awkward of rabbit, berries, and a few grains. For a campfire meal, it was pretty delicious. Of course, the look on Almira’s face when she was told what she was eating

really thinking about it, whispered, “I wish I could just escape.” (Stupid. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Note to self: Never, ever make another wish again. No birthday candles, no shooting stars, nothing. Nada, zip.)
And just like that, without any warning, I blacked out.
I woke to the sounds of a forest (you know chirping birds, wind in the trees, etc.). Wait a second; sounds of the forest? I don’t live near the woods. With that thought my eyes flew open and I sat up fast, too fast.
“Oh, man, my head. I should not have done that. Definitely should not have done that,” I moaned while slowly lying back down.
“Does your head hurt? Are you injured?” said a voice from somewhere on my left.
Needless to say, the sudden rfigured we were in one of the Elven realms (if we were in Middle-Earth at all) but I had no idea which one. It’s been awhile since I read the books and God knows if you can trust the movies. Let’s just say Peter Jackson took some liberties.“Duh, we’re in Middle-Earth,” she replied. True, but not exactly what I was looking for. Let’s try this again.“More specifically…?”evelation that I was not alone scared the hell out of me. Once again I sat up a little too quickly. Ugh, I have got to stop doing that.
Once I got my dizziness under control, I looked up and noticed It. Oh no. Oh hell no. It can’t be. Staring back at me was utter perfection, utter Elven perfection. This could only mean one thing. “Do you have any idea where we are?” I asked her.
I assumed I was in Middle-Earth. It was either that or something like Dungeons & Dragons. And I was seriously hoping it was the former because I knew next to nothing about the latter. At least nothing I was willing to admit. Seeing as she was an elf, I “Um, a forest.”
Nothing gets by her, does it? Let’s try this one more time. You know what they say, third time’s a charm. Hell, I’ll even give her a hint.
“I was wondering if you knew what region we are in.”

Howl It?” said the man in confusion. “Why do you need to howl, and howl what?”
“No, no! That’s my surname! What planet do you come from? Jesus!”
“What is a planet?” said the man. “I kLogan. “You asked me questions and when I give you the bloody answers, you don’t know what the bloody hell I’m talking about! And get that damn sword away from me, you moron, or you’ll regret it!”This certainly was a most unusual day, even by Aragorn’s standards. He’d been getting ready to make camp when a man had fallen out of nowhere. And when Aragorn had started asking him questions, he’d given the ranger a whole lot of meaningless answers and then gotten furious when Aragorn said that he had not understood him. He listened to the stranger’s outburst. The son of Arathorn had travelled the breadth and width of Middle Earth —almost— and he’d never seen or heard something quite like this strange man. The ranger was almost certain that this Logan Howl It was no servant of Sauron’s, because now not of that which you speak. And no, my name is not Jesus. You have not answered all my questions, stranger. From whence do you hail?”
“Holy crap, you speak like bloody Shakespeare!” said Logan, who was quickly losing what calm he had. “All right, I come from Canada, got it? Ca-na-da. That’s up north of the United States—you do know what the United States are, right?”
“Shake spear? Shake what spear? I have no spear. The united states of what?”
Logan swore, and a stream of unwholesome words poured from his mouth, making his companion grimace. The man might not have understood the exact meanings, but they needed no translations.
“All right!” raged the Dark Lord certainly would have employed someone who was slightly less...noticeable.
“Are you finished yet?” he asked Logan when the other man stopped for a breath
